Billing cycles
- Monthly — billed every 30 days, flexible cancellation, easy plan changes.
- Annual — billed yearly with a discount and priority support.
- Projects & enterprise — custom milestones and payment terms agreed in your proposal.
Refunds
- 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions to our software products. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Pro-rated refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions when downgrading, as account credit or direct refund.
- Custom development work is billed per the milestones in your signed proposal.
