1. The service

NumStock helps you record and manage mobile numbers you legally own or deal in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with telecom regulations (including TRAI/DoT rules on porting and ownership).

2. Accounts

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity by you and your staff logins. Each email and mobile number can belong to only one login.

3. Subscription & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown. Plans renew only when you pay again. After expiry you get a short grace period; then the account becomes read-only until renewed. Your data is not deleted because of non-payment. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Reminders

Reminders are a convenience. Delivery depends on your device settings, network and third parties (Google, email and WhatsApp). Always verify important dates yourself; we are not liable for missed reminders.

5. WhatsApp

When you link your own WhatsApp, messages are sent from your account to the number you choose. You must comply with WhatsApp's terms. Do not use NumStock to send bulk or unsolicited messages.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, reverse engineering, abuse of the API, or attempts to access other businesses' data.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
